To book an appointment, please use this form and include as much information about what you would like to get, including budget, subject, style, size and placement & preferred appointment date/time along with any reference photos you may have.
Consultations are free, after which a $250 nonrefundable deposit will be required to book the appointment and secure your date. This deposit goes toward the final cost of your tattoo and will be deducted from your total/last session (For multiple session tattoos)
